Working With a Dietitian
Q: What’s the difference between a dietitian and a nutritionist?
-
A Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN) is a licensed expert with clinical training and credentials that are legally regulated by each state as well as the Commission on Dietetic Registration. The term “Nutritionist” is not regulated and can be used by anyone, regardless of education and training. A Registered Dietitian should always be consulted for nutrition care.

Yes! We tailor support based on your unique medical history, lifestyle, and nutrition needs. If you’re unsure if we’re the right fit, book a discovery call to chat.
Virtual Care

We meet via a secure video platform where all of your medical information will be kept confidential. You will also have access to your personalized profile with the opportunity to ask questions via private chat.

Q: Do I need to prepare anything before my session?
-
After booking, you’ll receive intake forms to fill out and submit prior to your first consultation. Feel free to also provide any lab results or food logs, and bring with you any and all nutrition questions you may have!
