Meet Caroline

Caroline’s passion for nutrition began during high school, where her commitment to athletics led her to explore how proper fueling could enhance her performance. She believes that health and nutrition are deeply personal and require tailored approaches. Her goal is to help individuals realize their full potential by showing them how nutrition can be a powerful tool for life.

Since becoming a registered dietitian in 2015, Caroline has garnered many years of experience in nutrition therapy. Caroline’s proficiency in medical nutrition therapy enables her to assist clients with a range of conditions, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, organ transplants, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, obesity, gastric bypass, gastrointestinal disorders, and disease prevention.

Beyond her clinical work, Caroline has a deep passion for sports nutrition and fitness. As an avid runner and Pilates enthusiast, she applies her knowledge to her own life and enjoys sharing it with others. Her interests also extend to cooking, baking, hiking, reading, and spending time with her dog, Royce.

Meet Meaghan

Meaghan’s nutrition journey began with a love for baking. During her High School years, she learned from personal experience how to balance her sweet tooth with a healthy diet while working to build a positive body image. She believes that there is so much more to food than the nutrients it provides. It can be a source of comfort, transport us to another place and time, connect us to others, and really does influence the mind, body, and soul.

Meaghan has always looked for ways to merge the culinary and nutrition worlds. She worked in a bakery and as a weight loss counselor, helping clients find joy and balance in their personal lives.

Meaghan’s experience as a RDN has allowed her to see first hand how diet can contribute to or prevent chronic disease and how it can also serve as a source of much needed comfort to those going through devastating health battles. She has worked with clients suffering from a wide range of health conditions, but her passions include working with individuals with heart disease (including those requiring LVAD support), gastrointestinal issues, pregnant and postpartum women, and those looking to make healthy lifestyle changes.

Meaghan believes in a holistic approach to food and nutrition. She follows a plant based diet and loves cooking, baking, practicing herbalism, and reading through her cookbook collection to learn new kitchen skills and try new flavors. Outside of the kitchen, you can find her reading, painting, practicing yoga and meditation, and spending time with her cat Kimchi.
